Paige is a licensed provisional psychologist (College of Alberta Psychologists) who bridges clinical neuroscience, performance psychology, and entrepreneurship. Her work blends her experience in the field of neuropsychology and clinical psychology with the strategic mindset of a startup deeptech founder, and varsity athlete to help high-achieving professionals master stress, decision-making, and emotional performance.
Paige earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Calgary, where she competed as a varsity middle- and long-distance track athlete. She later completed her Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University (California), where her research focused on persistent symptoms following mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), and she was 1 of 20,000 applicants to be awarded the Alan Watts $10,000 scholarship for her work on the Meaning of Happiness. She is a PhD candidate specializing in High Performance Psychology. She has received specialized training under the mentorship of Dr. Michael Yapko (depression and hypnosis) and Dr. Scott Miller (Feedback Informed Treatment [FIT] founder) and is certified in Trauma Informed Therapy for Intimate Partner Violence (IPV).
Her early clinical career included serving as a Senior Neuropsychometrician for Alberta Health Services (South Health Campus Hospital) and for medico-legal private practices, assessing complex cases such as TBI, MS, and neurodegenerative disorders. These experiences shaped her evidence-based, data-driven therapeutic approach.
In parallel, Paige built a thriving career in technology and behavioral finance. She co-founded a venture-backed DeFi platform valued at $20 million, leading research and design on human behavior, cognitive bias, and user psychology in Web 3. Her team received non-dilutive grants from Google and Amazon, was venture-backed by Startupbootcamp (EU), and formed ecosystem partnerships with Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
She also served as a Venture Analyst with Transylvania Tech Hub, where she scouted emerging founders using psychometrics and behavioral profiling to identify psychological traits linked to startup success- a role that deepened her understanding of the founder psyche, resilience, and burnout risk.
Her thought leadership has been featured globally as a speaker at Banking 4.0 (Bucharest) alongside Romania’s Minister of Digitalization and Innovation, Bitcoin 2025 (Las Vegas), Tokenize Conference (USA), and Crypto Week (Madrid). She is a two-time Global Startup Awards CEE nominee and a member of the NYC Female Fintech Association.
Today, through Neuropsych and Counselling, Paige integrates neuroscience, technology, and psychology to deliver high-performance therapy for founders, executives, professionals, and those with complex clinical presentations. Her proprietary Schema Reconditioning Method combines neuropsychological reprocessing with mindset optimization, rewiring deep cognitive patterns to enhance clarity, confidence, and cognitive endurance.
