The Performance Code Show. One Episode. Six Days. Here's What Happened.

We launched The Performance Code Show six days ago.

We didn’t run ads. We didn’t boost posts. We didn’t pay for placement on any platform. We published Episode 1 and let it find its audience.

Here’s what happened.

The Numbers

In six days from a single episode:

  • 3,500+ YouTube views
  • 525 YouTube subscribers
  • 461 streams and downloads on Spotify
  • 422 total plays
  • 385 Spotify followers
  • 284+ hours of total listening time
  • 36 five-star reviews

We’re sharing these numbers publicly for one reason: they say something important about the people listening — and about why we built this platform.

What 284 Hours Actually Means

The stat we keep coming back to is 284 hours of consumption.

In an era where the average podcast episode gets skimmed, half-listened-to, and abandoned in the first 10 minutes, 284 hours of total listening from one episode tells us something different is happening. People aren’t sampling this content. They’re staying with it.

That’s not a vanity metric. That’s a signal that the content is landing with people who genuinely needed it.

Why We Built This

The Performance Code exists because performance doesn’t fail where most people think it does.

You can be physically prepared. Technically skilled. Highly experienced. And still break under pressure.

Not because you aren’t talented enough. Because performance fails at the level of thinking — how you process information, make decisions, and regulate your internal state when the stakes are highest.

Most performance content ignores this. It offers motivation, habits, and hustle — all of which are useful until the moment pressure arrives. Then something else takes over.

That something else is what this show is about.

What’s Coming

The Performance Code Show publishes every Monday on YouTube and Spotify. Each episode goes deep with an elite athlete, founder, or executive — not on what they’ve achieved, but on how they think. How they make decisions under pressure. What their mental structure actually looks like.

Alongside the show, we’re building:

  • The Inner Circle — our founding member community for high-performers who want to go deeper than the episodes
  • The Performance Optimization Program — a small-cohort coaching program launching later this year, built on the frameworks in Paige’s forthcoming book
  • The Calgary High-Performance Summit — a live event bringing together elite performers in Q3 2026

Watch Episode 1

If you work in a high-pressure environment — sport, business, medicine, law, entrepreneurship — and you’ve ever wondered why you perform differently when the stakes go up, Episode 1 was made for you.
